User Panel

The User Panel initiates or manages the Credit Applications with no code or low code objective. This panel facilitates configuring the user's access permissions and branch rights with a defined workflow for each business segment. The authorized bank users use the CLOS user panel app to perform Task based specific actions such as Initiate a Credit Application, Capture Data, Add Facilities, Add Collaterals, Review Data Captured, Approve the application, Review the application, Initiate and Review the select activity activities for customers.Whenever a user initiates an credit application, System creates Tasks as per the configuration done in the Admin panel for the selected Business Segment and Request Type. These Tasks are either auto-assigned or claimed by the user as per task rules and subsequently actioned by the User.

When a new user is created,a prompt displays for password change after the first time login.
