Footer goes down). |
| 4 | iOS | Desktop Web | MacBook Pro | Smallest DW | 1025x1200 | Safari-latest | STATUS: After 24.01 we have not done detailed testing on all scenarios. Features and Enhancements in Temenos Digital R25AMR
This section covers the features and enhancements. Also see the What's New page for the list of features per application and download PDF version.
Digital Banking Servicing Micro Apps Features
For more information on the apps shipped in this initial release, see Micro Apps documentation.
Micro Apps are applications with specific functionality which are fast and efficient than monolithic applications. While traditional monolithic apps contain a wide range of functionality including front-end and back-end operations, Micro Apps are simple, lightweight in nature with targeted functionality.
Transfers Micro App
- When a retail user initiates a same-bank, domestic, or international transfer, the customer ID of the logged-in user will be sent to Transact along with other transaction details. This will be mapped to orderingCustomerID in Transact, ensuring that transactions are categorized based on account details and the customer ID.
Open Banking Micro App
Temenos Digital channel web responsive and mobile native app is enhanced to support the consent dashboard features related to the UK open banking account information sharing consent. The user will be able to view the list of third parties to which the account permissions related to UK open banking consent are given, and the user will be able to revoke the active consents via the 'Manage Account Access' feature under the settings module.
Trade Finance Micro App
The Trade Finance Digital LC and collection features are front to back and integrated with Transact. These features support the backend in both Transact and Mock responses.

Bulk Payments Micro App
- Users can capture the payee's structured address and identification details. Users can also input other party roles, such as ultimate debtor and ultimate creditor, and structured remittance information.
- This applies to bulk payments when creating a template using existing or new payee and bulk file upload.
Digital Wealth
Graphs and Charts Redesign in Mobile Application
The Investment summary graphs/charts present in the Accounts screen and Portfolio details - Overview screen will now be updated with redefined graph intervals and themes (light and dark theme).
Investment Summary Graph
The consolidated investment summary graph will be displayed to the user with redefined Time Periods (1M, 1Y, 5Y, and YTD) and graph intervals. Date formats would be picked up based on the client's locale configuration. The tool-tip is to display the performance metric instead of P&L.
Portfolio Summary Graph
The portfolio summary graph will be displayed to the user with redefined Time Periods (1M, 1Y, 5Y, YTD, and ALL) and graph intervals. Date formats would be picked up based on the client's locale configuration. The tool-tip is to display the performance metric instead of P&L.
Spotlight Features
See Spotlight documentation for more information.
Customer Search Screen Extensibility
- Provided extensibility in the customer search to allow replacing/allowing additional identification detail as a search criterion via configuration.
Customer View Details Screen Extensibility
- Provided extensibility in the customer view details screen as a tab to allow additional fields for viewing purposes for enrolled customers.
Implementation of Multi-Language Service Outage Message
- The Service Outage Message feature supports multiple languages.
Generic Changes for all the Digital Apps
Alerts Extensibility
Extension Points Provided in Alerts Engine
- To allow adding additional events to send the alert to additional users (phone/email).
- To pass the complete event data to the Alert delivery services to allow additional processing of the data in the alert delivery service. (For example: Deeplink the Push Notification to navigate to the specific module after signing in).
Centralized Configuration for Currency Code and Symbol Mapping
Currency code handling across the application of Temenos Digital in Retail Banking, SME, and Wealth is achieved by adding the two bundle configurations in Spotlight at design time.
- CURRENCY_CODE_CONFIG - Bundle configuration with a list of currency codes and their respective symbol
- ENTITY_FEATURE_CURRENCY_CONFIG - Bundle configuration specific to each entity; Example: Domestic transfer, international transfer.
Common Utilities (Generic Tools)
Rebranding Toolkit
The Rebranding Toolkit is helpful for the Implementation teams to rebrand the banking application according to the 'Bank Branding.'
The input for the tool will be given through an 'Excel sheet.' There will be a provision to enter the NEW VALUES (color/font/size) in a new column (of this Excel sheet). It takes all the NEW properties from the Excel sheet and makes the branding changes in the entire application in one go. Around 90% of the changes must be made to the color, font size, font family, border radius, images, etc.
- This solution can work for any application. Currently, it is done on Responsive OLB, Native Banking, and Spotlight applications.
- The solution should be helpful for all the existing customers (who are using old versions) and the upcoming versions (new customers).
- It can save over 50% of the time for every implementation project.
Security Enhancements
- Strengthened access control and authorization for all APIs are now enabled by default.
- Added password protection for generated PDF files to enhance document security.
- Implemented sub-resource integrity (SRI) checks to prevent tampering with external resources.
Accessibility
Accessibility is implemented for all the Forms of RETAIL, PAYMENT, and COMMON modules. Third-party certification agencies have also conducted multiple rounds of testing, and now the forms are accessible and user-friendly.
Known Issues in Temenos Digital R25AMR
This section covers the known issues in Temenos Digital.
Digital Wealth Known Issues
- Print is not working in certain features such as Holdings, Transactions, Open, and History Orders.
- Unable to do a download, when there is no data available, system throws an error.
- In a multi-entity scenario, accounts not related to the specific entity are being displayed in retail plus wealth user scenario.
Digital Wealth - TAP Known Issues
- For DX Instruments, the denomination name field is not mapped under the instrument details API; this needs to be enhanced.
- TAP API - New TAP API for Recent Operations / Transactions API for View transactions to be provided.
- Fees and Taxes are not flowing from T24 to TAP in the cloud environment.
- Modifying DMA and NDMA orders is reflected in TAP but not in T24.
- In Include Orders (in wealth FO environment), during partial execution of the order, the partially executed order quantity is moved to history order; however, in include Orders TAP API still displays as pending orders at the API level.
- When we try to add cash accounts to a customer in t24 and when we do a trading post, the data point "Asset Code" is displayed as "Null" in the consolidated summary TAP API.
- BENCH_PERFORMANCE is displayed as null in the TAP IRIS API even though the benchmark value is shown in the TAP GUI.
- Post creation of multi-customers in tap and upon passing third party ID, junk data is displayed in the response.
- Data flow issue is observed from Tap to T24.
- For Multiple types of Strategies, the parameter related to the strategy fetches the same response.
- The TAP API related to orders displays a null response while trying to place an Order.
