Accounts Activity

The Accounts Activity is an essential feature in the Digital Wealth app. This feature displays the history of movements in a specific cash account. Using this feature, you can regularly monitor your account activities and manage your investments. Thus helping you effectively manage your investment strategy and improve the overall performance of a portfolio.

UX Overview - Online Banking & Mobile Native App

The UX Overview section provides information about the UX of the Accounts Activity module for the Online Banking and the Mobile Native App.

The table below provides an overview of the features, the component information, and the configurable elements.

The sequence diagram for Accounts Activity is same as that of the Portfolio Details.

Below is a detailed description of the user interface of the Account Activity screen for the Online Banking and Mobile Native App.  

Feature Description

Online Banking: The Accounts Activity module displays each row of activity with the following details:

• Booking Date: Specifies the booking date of the account activity.
• Type: Specifies the type of the activity.
• Instrument: Specifies the name of the instrument.
• Quantity: Specifies the quantity of the order placed.
• Change: Specifies the value of the amount that affects the account activity.
• Value Date: Specifies the date on which the activity is carried out.
• Account Balance: Specifies the account balance of the selected cash account

You can select the cash account for which you want to view the account activity by using the Cash Account option.

You can perform the following actions on the Accounts Activity tab:

• Download: This option lets you download the accounts activity list by using the download icon. Click the download icon, select Format from the drop-down list, and then click on Download. Based on the defined time period, the system auto-downloads all the details in the selected format to your local system. The downloaded file is password protected. For more information, click here.

The download feature supports PDF, Excel, and CSV formats.





• Print: This option lets you print the account activity list by using the Print icon. Click the Print icon, and the Print window appears.
• Sort: This option lets you sort the account activity list by a parameter. To do so, click the sort icon adjacent to the desired parameter.
  

  The orders are sorted by Booking Date, by default.

• You can choose the number of entries that you want to view per page. To do so, select the desired option from the drop down list. The available options are 10 Per Page, 20 Per Page, 50 Per Page, and 100 Per Page.
• Pagination: This option lets you go to the next page of the accounts activity list if any.
• Search: You can search for a specific activity by using the Search field. You can search for the activity by their Account Movement Type.
• Filter by Time Period: You can also define the time period over which the orders must be displayed. The predefined time periods are Previous 30 Days, Last 3 Months, and Last 6 Months. You can also select a date range of your own. The time period is set to Previous 30 Days, by default.

  You can filter the time period only for the orders in the History tab.

Mobile Native App: This feature allows you to view cash account activities for a selected portfolio sorted chronologically (latest at the top) by booking date by default. You can find account activity details such as Booking Date, Type, Instrument, Quantity, Change, Value Date, and Account Balance. This feature allows you to view the account activity details when you click on the selected cash account.

In addition, the system allows you to switch the cash accounts if required. To do so, click on the right arrow, which is present beside the customer cash account. The Cash Accounts screen appears as shown below.

In addition, you can perform the following actions for Account Activity:

• Click to perform an advanced filter search. The below screen appears:

• The system allows you to filter the criteria based on 'Sort By' and 'By Time Period'.
• The advanced filter search functions only when you mandatorily select any option under the ‘Sort By’ and ‘Time Period’.
• Booking Date gets selected by default under the Sort By, and the Previous 30 days option gets selected under the ‘By Time Period’.

• Click the download icon and select a Format from the drop-down list as shown below.
