Subscription Services
The Subscription Services is a transaction property class that allows the user to add, remove, cancel the subscription products in the financial arrangement. It is available to input in the New Arrangement activity, Add, Update, Cancel Subscription activities of the financial product.
Product lines
The following Product Line use the Subscription Services Property Class:

Property Class type
The Subscription Services Property Class uses the following Property Class types:
- Dated
- Transaction
Balance Prefix and Suffix
There is no associated balance prefix and suffix with this property class.
Attributes
Subscription
Indicates the Subscription product ID, it must be a valid product configured Facility product condition of the financial product.
Variation
Indicates the variation of the subscription product
Alternate Id
It is a free text that can be used to capture the external reference of the service id or Fee text that is from a third-party system
Calc Amount
It is a system-maintained field and the system defaults the subscription fee amount from the pricing grid condition.
User Amount
Indicates the user fee amount which overrides the Calc Amount that is, the system uses this amount to raise the subscription fee.
Payment Mode
Indicates the payment mode of the subscription fee. It can either be one-off or periodic.
Start Date
Indicates the start date of the Subscription product in the financial arrangement.
Term
Indicates the term of the Subscription product in the financial arrangement.
Expiry Date
Indicates the expiry date of the Subscription product in the financial arrangement. The system can default the expiry date if just the Start Date and Term is given.
Frequency
Indicates the payment frequency of the Subscription fee when the payment mode is periodic.
Bill Produced
Indicates the number of days that the subscription bill is issued ahead of the actual subscription fee’s due date.

Periodic Attribute Classes
There are no periodic Attribute Classes associated with Subscriptions Services Property Class.
Actions
The Alerts Property Class is associated with the following actions:

| ADD | The user can ADD subscription plans to a finance arrangement, define the subscription payment either as one-off or periodic, define the expiry of the subscription. |
| UPDATE | The user can MODIFY the subscription plans such as changing payment frequency, fee amount, upgrade, downgrade. |
| CANCEL | The user can CANCEL the subscriptions during mid period or mid-term of the subscription plan. |
Accounting Events
The Subscriptions Services Property Class does not perform actions that generate accounting events.
Limits Interaction
Actions associated with the Subscriptions Services Property Class does not have an impact on the Limits.
